A lot of people say acne is from genetics.. I beg to differ. Anyone who knows, knows that I’ve been struggling with acne for a very long time now — seems like a whole lifetime actually. I first started noticing any and all breakouts when I was about 15 and since then, I’ve been and still am on a journey to bettering my skin. my texture has changed so much since then... it was hell at the beginning (aggressive) and lately, it has gotten much more calmer. I’ve always been super, super sensitive about my skin and face overall... it ruined my self-confidence as a whole... life sucked for a little while and I think through error and trial, tons of research, I started to change my lifestyle (for the better). Sure, I wear makeup but do you ever think about the shit that you put in your system?! And how that affects your surface? I’ve been and will always be about wellness in all aspects. Remove the junk and your skin will thank you.
